Belokranjske dobrodo\u0161lice namre\u010d ni brez belokranjske poga\u010de, okrogle kru\u0161ne poslastice, ki jo doma\u010dini s pri\u0161leki delijo tako, da jo z rokami lomijo na ko\u0161\u010dke. Belokranjska poga\u010da je za\u0161\u010ditena z oznako tradicionalnega ugleda in ima EU-certifikat kot jed z za\u0161\u010diteno ozna\u010dbo porekla.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z leti priprave belokranjske poga\u010de so tamkaj\u0161nje gospodinje razvile in preizkusile razli\u010dne recepte, s katerimi da tej poslastici vsaka svoj pe\u010dat. Jerica Draginc iz Bu\u0161inje vasi pri Metliki nam je prijazno odprla vrata v svoj dom in razkrila svoj recept. Ko smo stopili v njeno kuhinjo, sta bili na mizi \u017ee dve poga\u010di!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kot nam je povedala, za eno poga\u010do potrebuje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">600 g bele moke<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 dcl mla\u010dne vode<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">eno jajce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">pol \u017eli\u010dke sladkorja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">kocko suhega kvasa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">kumino<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sol<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bbMleko, vodo in sladkor zme\u0161a\u0161 in pusti\u0161, da se dvigne,\u00ab pojasnjuje Jerica. \u00bbSama dodam \u0161e \u017elico kisle smetane in malo olja ali masti.\u00ab Pravi belokranjski recept pa je samo voda, kvas in povrhu sol ali&nbsp; kumina. \u00bbVsaka kuharica kaj doda po svojem okusu,\u00ab pravi sogovornica. \u00bbNekatere dodajo slanino, ocvirke, sezam \u2026 karkoli je pa\u010d pri roki!\u00ab Zmes pustimo, da malo vzhaja, potem postopoma \u0161irimo in v pe\u010dici pe\u010demo 15 minut pri 210 stopinjah. \u00bbVe\u010dkrat pa jo mora\u0161 pogledati,\u00ab posvari Jerica. Poga\u010da meri 32 krat 32 centimetrov in ima sedem \u010drt. Zakaj toliko, nam Jerica ni znala pojasniti. &nbsp;Na poga\u010do posujemo &nbsp;debelo sol ali kumino, ostalo pa po \u017eelji. \u00bbNekatere gospodinje dodajajo sir, druge celo orehova jedrca in \u0161e marsikaj.\u00ab Ta kru\u0161na dobrota ostane sve\u017ea ves dan, lahko pa jo damo tudi v zmrzovalnik, ob tajanju jo moramo malo navla\u017eiti z vodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kot nam na vpra\u0161anje, ob katerih prilo\u017enostih pe\u010dejo belokranjsko poga\u010do, odgovori Jerica, le-ta pravzaprav ne sme nikoli manjkati. \u00bbNajraje jo ponudimo samostojno, pred kosilom, za dobrodo\u0161lico.
